so Q.A.s.. would be scheduled according to shift. 4 days working and 3 days offs.. off days wont falls on both weekends anymore.. hopefully our Leads are able to schedule all of us.. nicely.. so hopefully takde yang bising.. x puas hati.. dengki or watsoever.. sedeh

dahla da huru hara skang ni.. SDs are flying everywhere.. so in order to reduce the SDs.. OPs requires Q.A to work on shift. so we would be available each day of the week

S.D = service delivery .. basically when cust. complaints on the service delivery . investigations would be carried out. and if fault is found from our side. we would be penalised by the Client

so. in order to reduce the alarming numbers of valid complaints.. we as the quality evaluator/tukangbagi FATAL.. hahah are required to work on shifts and weekends too

let's take it as a challenge.. and together we can overcome the obstacles.. danggg. just remembered.. my proposal for an upcoming campaign. stilll tak siap lagi!
